2 thumbs down Written by norcalguy on 2007-05-28 14:24:41 While Jasons may be location, location, location, it drops the ball on customer service. I went by on a slow Saturday night. Sitting at the bar, I ordered a beer and asked the bartender for a menu. After 10 minutes, the bartender never came back. So, I asked the hostess for a table, telling her the bartender was ignoring me. After seated, I was still ignored for another 5 minutes. I walked. |
