The Space An elegant dining room with views of Lake Tahoe works equally well for intimate conversations and large gatherings of friends. In summer, dine outdoors on the deck or host a special event in the garden.
The Food Chef Douglas Dale blends the flavors of the West and the Far East to create Wolfdale’s “cuisine unique.” A weekly menu featuring a seasonal variety of seafood, meats, game, exotic produce and desserts, allows the kitchen to focus on making each dish look and taste beautiful.
The Drinks The wine list honored by Wine Spectator features selections from around the world.
Gotta Try The seared Alaskan halibut with green Thai curry broth infuses a delicious Asian flavor into the firm, moist fish. Served with basil pesto, snow peas and bamboo rice.
Tidbit Chef Douglas Dale honed his talent for Asian flavors working in Japan under Chef Hideko Matsuura-san of Mineji and has revisited Japan multiple times to continue his studies.
