Wednesday, May 7 • Grease. Truckee High School Drama Club is proud to present the musical, “Grease,” at the Truckee High Auditorium, under the direction of Jim Sturtevant. There will be seven performances running through May 17. Tickets are $12 for adults, $8 for students. Show times are Friday and Saturdays, May 9 and 10, 16 and 17 at 7 p.m. and a special Mother’s Day matinee on Sunday, May 11 at 2 p.m. For more information, call (530) 414-1727.
• Lake Tahoe Music Festival Tickets. Lake Tahoe Music Festival tempts music lovers with another season of diverse musical performances from Broadway to Bach and beyond, July 17 through Aug. 9. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased online at www.TahoeMusic.org.
Thursday, May 8 • The Wolf Pack is coming to Incline. University of Reno’s Wolf Pack head coaches and the athletic department staff will be at the Hacienda de la Sierra for an exclusive program about the upcoming Wolf Pack football season starting at 6 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m., hors d’oeurves will be provided by the Hacienda and the public is encouraged to attend this free event. • Karaoke at the Biltmore. The Tahoe Biltmore features karaoke every Thursday night from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Participants receive a free drink when they brave the stage.
• Chamber Mixer. Loran Loran Atelier Salon will host the next Chamber Mixer from 5 to 7 p.m. at 120 Country Club Dr. in Incline Village.

• Brickeltown’s First Fridays. First Fridays in Brickeltown will feature the theme "change.” The artwork will reflect change in a month that is typically in flux. There will be music, wine and snacks from 4 to 8 p.m. Brickeltown is located off Donner Pass Rd, in Truckee.
• Springtime Salsa Party. Springtime Salsa Party will take place at Trio Wine Bar with a salsa lesson from 8 to 9 p.m. and dancing to midnight. The cost is $5 per person. Trio Wine Bar is located at 10292 Donner Pass Rd., in Truckee. For more information, call (530) 927-9451.
Saturday, May 10 • Thunderbird Lodge Open House. Thunderbird Lodge Preservation Society will be hosting an open house from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Advance reservations are required, cost is a $20 donation. Tickets are available online at www.thunderbirdlodge.org or call (775) 828-3536.

• Northstar Golf Course Open. The front nine holes are scheduled to open at the Northstar-at-Tahoe Golf Course in Truckee on Saturday, May 10, along with the driving range and pro shop. The remaining nine holes open Saturday, May 24.
Monday, May 12 • Your on the Air, a voice-over workshop. Learn how to use your spoken voice as a full or part-time career from professional voice-over instructor and talent Lisa Foster. Foster and her organization, Such A Voice, has helped to launch many careers by providing companies and organizations with her expertly trained students.
