In celebration of The Village at Squaw Valley Earth Day Festival, PlumpJack Cafe will be donating 100 percent of its proceeds from the restaurant's "Think Green, Drink Green" wine list this Saturday and Sunday to the League to Save Lake Tahoe.
The "Think Green, Drink Green" list, created by PlumpJack's Wine Director Gillian Balance, features a mix of organic, sustainable and biodynamic wines.
PlumpJack Cafe is located at 1920 Squaw Valley Road, within the PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn. The seasonally-driven menu changes weekly, with wine pricing equivalent to retail. PlumpJack Cafe is open for dinner daily from 5:30 to 10 p.m. For more details, visit the Web site at www.plumpjack.com
