Northstar Resort challenges the culinary skills and snowsport abilities of local restaurateurs and their employees on Tuesday, April 1, during this fun-filled and often humorous event.
Consisting of two parts — racing and cooking — each team will have four people with at least one female member or a man dressed in drag. Between racing on skis or a snowboard and preparing/presenting dishes derived from ingredients presented that day, the Great Chefs’ Race will test the skills of some of the top restaurant teams in the area.
