Local canvas
The Incline Village Library will feature artist Sara Smith throughout the months of February and March. Smith designed and painted the murals on the walls at the Incline Village Library more than three years ago. She continues to acrylic paint on canvas and is currently working as an illustrator for a “tween-age” book. She has many murals around the North Shore and her can often been seen in galleries in Truckee and North Tahoe.
RECEPTION: An artist reception will take place on Saturday, Feb. 2 at 3 p.m. at the Incline Village Library, located at 845 Alder Ave.

Soft Tissue
The Tahoe Gallery presents “Soft Tissue” by artist Natalie Rishe, a display in the Prim Library at Sierra Nevada College through Feb. 8.
