The Space On the shores of the lake, Old Tahoe seemingly comes alive at the Lone Eagle Grille, newly renovated, with warm woods, open beams, two massive rock fireplaces and panoramic lake views greeting visitors as they walk in.
The Food The Lone Eagle has an extensive “Creative Continental” menu, highlighting a variety of meat and seafood dishes. Standouts include the tempura lobster appetizer with mesquite grilled Sonoma foie gras, and entrees such as a pan seared elk tenderloin, lamb loin chops, and the butter poached sea bass.
The Drinks The Great Room lounge features signature martinis, margaritas and other cocktails. Wine lovers can choose from the far-reaching wine list with a selection for virtually every taste and price range, from 20 wines by the glass to “rare and extraordinary” bottles.
Gotta Try Don’t even think about skipping dessert as they are all amazing. Just don’t try to eat one alone as they are also big enough to share.
Price Range Salads and appetizers from $9 to $16, dinner entrees from $27 to $45.
Hours of Operation The restaurant is open from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for lunch Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for Sunday brunch, and 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for dinner daily.
Location 111 Country Club Drive, Incline Village, Nevada
