If location means anything, Brook Avenue Grill & Gelato will surely be a success. Located on the corner of North Lake Boulevard and Brook Avenue, the corner venue has indoor and outdoor seating, is decorated with freshly-cut flowers and generally has a homey feel.Write Comment (0 Comments) |

A brightly-colored, tropically-themed space that stands out in the European ski village-esque Village at Northstar, Big Wave Burritos and Wraps carries a tiki/ surf theme throughout the restaurant. The colors and vibe feel warm and exotic, even when the white stuff is flying outside. The interior seats 36, while outdoor seating can accommodate 40 — and includes a role-out tiki bar.Write Comment (0 Comments) |

Tucked into a back corner of The Rock — the new development by the roundabout on Brockway Road in Truckee — Thai Delicacy is everything a Thai restaurant should be: inviting, delicious, and best of all, a family affair. Don’t be surprised to be greeted at the door by owner Jinny Chongolnee or her sister Cherry Yeesuntes.Write Comment (0 Comments) |
