Whether you’re checking out Lake Tahoe’s less-traveled beaches or enjoying a mellow day on Donner Lake, there are lots of places to explore by watercraft in the Tahoe-Truckee area. The information on this page will get you and your crew out on the water.
Marinas
Seeking a repair on your personal boat or watercraft, need some gas, a pump-out station, a buoy to rent, boat storage, a rental, to purchase a craft or merely a place to launch? If you’ve come to Tahoe or Truckee with a boat in tow, here are some places to begin your journey on the area’s waterways.
Public Boat ramps

Learn to waterski and wakeboard
