Get out and shop locally this weekend.
The Village Center presents a Sip and Shop from noon to 5 p.m. in Incline Village. Listen to entertainment, visit with Santa, stroll the decorated walkways, view holiday window displays and artwork by local children.
Sip and Shop Local supports a season of Holiday giving. Each participating business in the Village Center is offering a different treat or beverage and something unique to buy. Specials and discounts will be offered and purchases at participating businesses will go to support the Parasol Tahoe Community Foundation’s Holiday Giving Program.
Holiday giving program: The Parasol Tahoe Community Foundation’s Holiday Giving program provides local children, who are living under the federal poverty guidelines, with toys for the Holidays as well as warm clothing (jackets hats, gloves and snow boots). It also serves seniors who need a little extra help during the Holidays. Toys as well as cash donations are needed to help buy warm clothing and basic gifts for seniors.
