 Starting Tuesday, Dec. 11, FiftyFifty Brewing Co. will begin a monthly Brewmaster Dinner series featuring a four course meal, each course will be accompanied by a beer that accentuates the dish. Beer’s carbonation and broad range of flavors provides an unmatched medium for food and drink pairing as well as a novel alternative to traditional wine pairings. Given Truckee’s infatuation with the brewmaster Todd Ashman’s creations, these dinners are surely not to be missed.
The cost of the dinner is $45 per person but there will only be 28 spots available. Those interested, contact FiftyFifty at (530) 587-BEER, e-mail info@fiftyfiftybrewing or stop by the brewery to sign up.
FiftyFifty is located in Truckee at 11197 Brockway Road, between Hwy 267 and downtown Truckee.
